The Seafood Laboratory facilities, located in Morehead City, NC in the CMAST building, include a food processing pilot plant, product development test kitchen, and analytical laboratory. The facilities are available for research and testing on a fee-for-service basis. Below is a listing of some equipment housed in the facilities.
