The Seafood Laboratory is offering an in-person workshop "Seafood HACCP Segment 2." This workshop is required to complete Seafood HACCP training in order to receive a certificate required by the FDA for those businesses involved in processing fish and shellfish.

*IMPORTANT NOTE
Participants must complete the online Segment One Seafood HACCP training (at separate cost) before attending Segment Two and are required to provide the “course completion” email notice received in order to be admitted to the workshop.
